ABOUT US
Founded by Sonia Marchio in November 2014, Crave Cafe was born from a dream to create a space where the community could truly relax. Located in the heart of South Heidelberg Township at the Green Valley Shoppes, the cafe is housed in a beautifully renovated former equipment warehouse, a transformation that turned a rustic industrial space into a cozy neighborhood destination.

In October 2024, the cafe entered an exciting new era under the leadership of its new owner, Nicole Rodriguez. Bringing years of operational and leadership experience, Nicole is dedicated to preserving the "home away from home" atmosphere that regulars have loved for a decade while continuing to serve the Sinking Spring community with passion.
